There is no better way to treat your Mom on her special day than an Sakana. Each location has a series of specials that we prepare fresh for you. 

 

Sakana Awhatukee

Ebi Tako Cocktail- 4 pieces of Mexican White Shrimp, 4 pieces of Japanese Octopus with Ramon's Special Cocktail Sauce. 

 

Bulgogi Wraps- Finely sliced seasoned beef and onions with romaine lettuce. 

 

Snow Beauty- Snow Crab, Blue Fin Tuna, Green Leaf Lettuce, Assorted Vegetables, Wasabi Mayo & Japanese vinagrette. 

 Hali-booty- Assorted vegetables wrapped in Boston Halibut drizzled with wasabi mayo & yuzu vinagrette. 

 1/2 Lobster & Scallops- 1/2 North Atlantic Lobster Tail with 5 pieces of Canadian Scallops. Includes Soup, Salad, appertizer, vegetables & fried rice.

Sakana Scottsdale:

 Big Ocean- Pan Garlic butter seared Jumbo Shrimp & bacon wrapped Jumbo Scallops served with creamy habanero sauce and fried sweet potatoes

 

On & Off Martini Poke

1. Diced assorted fish, masago and green onion mixed with Korean chili sauce

2. Diced assorted fish, seaweed salad, masago, green onion mixed with sesame oil, ponzu sauce served with panko rice paper

 Napa Wrap- Assorted sliced fish and avocado wrapped in Marinated Napa cabbage with ginger garlic sauce

Sashimi Platter- Blue fin chu toro, big eye tuna, salmon, yellowtail, kampachi (4 pieces each) 

 

Queen Roll- sliced blue fin tuna, king crab and avocado wrapped in cucumber served with sweet chili and basil sauce 

 Cheesecake Tempura and Mochi Ice Cream- Topped with chocolate syrup and whipped cream

 

Sakana Glendale:

 

Surf and Turf- 10 oz of Choice grade ribeye steak, garlic baked Maine lobster tail with steamed asparagus and wasabi mashed potatoes.  

Scottish Salmon Spoons- 3 pieces of Scottish salmon wrap stuffed with spicy scallop, jalapeno and homemade ponzu sauce topped with spicy sauce.  

 Kampachi Carpaccio- Thin sliced sashimi style Hawaiian baby Yellowtail with ponzu, fresh jalapeno and cilantro. 

 Persian Cucumber Wrap- Very thin slices of persian cucumber wrap filled with cottage cheese, salmon, tuna, watermelon drizzled with ponzu sauce. 

 

Sakana Mesa:

Rose of Love- Roses made from Big eye tuna and King Crab and spoons od blue fin poke 

 Tuna Lover- Blue fin, Big eye, Ahi all tuna on plate with a Yellow tail wrap

 

 Surf & Turf- 6 oz US choice Ribeye Steak, special sauce and sashimi quality Hotate Scallop grilled with green onion and aspargus.

Mother of Paradise- Sauteed fruit in a pinapple cup with vanilla ice cream
