Sushi Class

Join the seasoned chefs behind the Sakana Sushi & Grill Restaurants. Our classes, offered once a month, will leave you with a better understanding of Japanese culture, a respect for food and tricks to show your friends at home! 

Learn to make a variety of rolls and nigiri sushi and eat your creations! 

Our sushi class is perfect for birthday parties, girls night out or a company outing! It can also be given as a birthday or holiday gift! 

Class Schedule

Class spaces still available for January 18th - 12:30 pm Glendale and Ahwatukee location. Taking reservations for February 22nd 12:30 pm at both locations. Get your spot reserved fast as we will sell out. Learn to roll like your favorite sushi chef and the secrets to great sushi.

We also offer a private classe, great for special occasions or a unique double date night with great friends. Private classes can be scheduled for Tuesday nights, Thursday nights, and Saturday afternoons.

All weekend classes start at 12:30 am and end around 1:30/2 pm. Weekday class time TBD.

Cost includes everything to make: Cucumber roll, avocado roll, California roll. Also learn to make nigiri sushi: Tuna, salmon, yellowtail and shrimp.
